Hello again out there....Happy Holidays to one and all. Just an update, our son Mike is getting near the end of his deployment and we want to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts to the Hornets 116th Helicopter Assault Support Unit, they invited PKC to their reunion, it was an amazing experience. My husband is a vietnam vet and he truly enjoyed meeting and talking with some of the guys.......Thanks guys

Had an absolutely wonderful weekend, meeting the Hornets at their 2008 reunion. Thank you men, for the invite, and sharing memories with the four of us from PKC. Wonderful friends, food and weather! Thanks again for a time, never to be forgotten.

Hi to all out there.This is the first chance I have had to visit the site in quite some time. I want to thank everyone and anyone that has contributed to this in anyway. I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Connie Harris who truly qualifies for the "Bright Star" award. Her enthusiasm for our brave men and women in uniform is worth rallying around. I applaud your organizations' contributions to our troops. Of course the organization is only as strong, and caring, as the people who are involved. Hi Everyone. I just want to wish all of you GOOD LUCK in the QUILT DRAWING. It is coming to a close but you still have time to order tickets until the 3rd. REMEMBER THE DRAWING IS JULY 4th. What an appropriate date for such a wonderfully made, beautiful Quilt. We so appreciate everyone who has entered the drawing. THe money we raise will help so many of our troops and they certainly do need our help in the extreme heat they are suffering thrugh each day . We at PKC work very hard to see to it that every soldier needing or wanting comfort items are able to have them and thanks to all of you we are still working.
